    Definitely working on self love affirmation... Cause it gives a type of happiness. Doesn't matter what the reality is like, but it is just a part in me which feels good when i say these things.

    yesterday at work i practiced abundance mindset. every time i made a tip i was like "thats x more than i just had" and i made bank in tips yesterday. i also just told myself to keep going and every dollar counts and it really paid off! now today is my birthday and i have money to treat myself! ALSO told my family about your biggest manifestation to get them in on manifesting a car for them because your story made me believe its possible to get the things that seem hard to get!

    Today I was freaking tf out because I was in contact with someone who was sick, and so I started worrying I would get sick for my birthday next week! I did a root chakra meditation and felt much more settled, and also I remembered what you taught me about breathing in white light and breathing out all negative and stagant energies, so thank you, Blayne! I will take this as extra confirmation! Also, you are such a trooper for uploading daily, even while moving! Make sure though that you don't push yourself too much, okay, and get plenty of rest! :) ALLY OUT!

    The breath and breathe out, Prada Yana technique is super useful because that’s literally how humans destress. Try not to worry too much because you’ll just put strain on yourself and your body. Also trust your body that I can handle anything it comes into contact with, you can do affirmations on that as well, if it makes you feel better also thank you so much. I’m so glad that I started this journey and then I’m sticking to it. It makes me so happy and you guys being here a part of it as well is super nice

    A little bit apprehensive about a hypertension review coming up & hoping that my blood doesn't show t'm pre-diabetic or diabetic now because I've been eating more crap in the last year than I normally! would, so 🤞! Agree with Ally, most people would have stopped making videos while they were in the middle of a move so hats off to you Blayne 😉.

    Honestly, I find that food really helps us sometimes when we’re very stressed out and I feel like this past year has been hard for you so make sure you give yourself a little bit of a break too to understand that in your situation sometimes things are difficult and we all have different coping mechanisms, for mine its some junk food too 😂 but as long as you’re on the right track setting goals and sticking to a plan, there’s nothing but success in the way forward
