I NEEDED THIS maybe! i still feel certain people from my past constantly creeping into my brain and heart, part of that is because they were significant to me once upon a time, but now its just disruptive and exhausting and im trying to move on as i have been for a year and a half. i swear i think im good most of the time and then its like a truck hitting my heart even though i know i no longer wsnt anything to do with them. i know i also need to accept they may always be in my heart but i cannot keep letting it get the way its been getting where im like twisting and aching over something from 2 years ago when usually im not so upset over it. i know breathing helps with most emotional disregulation but i gotta I put more intention into it and i hope i can release all the heavyness i feel about a situation from nesrly 2 years ago UGHh its funny you mention the name ella, im babysitting this 2 month baby named ella she's the sweetest angel with that pure baby aura! im also babysitting her older brother and sister, 2 and 8, and i definately need to hide away in the bathroom for just 5 minutes when im watching them because theyre so overwhelming. but being around the baby can be cleansing in a way, just focusing on the baby aura rather than my racing mind
