  Izzy please also get a boxing coach, you need to work on your boxing, for your frame and speed you should never be engaging in hooks trading you opponents, I seen you many times doing that, it is wrong and you get caught all the time because you are not very explosive, your skills are timing, precision and being long, please use it to your advantage, know your angles so you don't have to be trading hooks with compact and fast guys like the ones you are likely to face.. the reason you lost to Strickland was because he had a better boxing than you, period. you need to correct that asap because if you don't, you will probably get caught. Take this as positive criticism man, you can do it, hope you are working on that skill too.
