That leaning apple has a split right up the trunk, not sure it'll be worth saving in the long run as it'll never be able to seal the wound and spores will get in, if the split doesn't go all the way to the ground/the graft point, you could coppice it (just before bud break in Spring) and splice in/graft some scions and get 3 or 4 varieties on one tree, scions are cheap enough to have a go or take some from other trees, end of winter/before bud break in early spring is the best time, if it's split to the ground it's probably not worth saving. All the trees would benefit from mulching to the drip line.

In response to: "what's it worth". I started gardening when I moved from a lovely flat to a bungalow upon retirement five years ago. Well this year I spent £1300 on solar panels and a power-station as back-up for my freezer (and other stuff). The reason is that now my chest freezer is full of the produce that I grow. To lose a freezer full of supermarket food can easily be measured in cash terms; what it costs to replace the items. To lose a freezer full of your own homegrown organic produce, which is the fruit (and vegetables) of five years of learning, planning, failing and eventually becoming good at growing can not be measured. I don't know what it is worth to you today but I can assure you it will become worth more than you currently think.
