I think about it sometimes, its hard to balance it all. Creating the content and editing the videos takes an obscene amount of time, that's my biggest problem. It's possible later this year if I purchase another grom or not, but we'll see.

On Christian's stunt bike, does the exhaust dump right into the rear tire? Is that to keep the tire warm?

Hello,I bought a pv3 and weird enough after putting my takegawa exhaust I flashed the recommended tune and the bike was slower and loosing top speed and the bike was feeling sluggish,I reset the tps and stuff like other explains already...so I bought a chimera intake and the bike waken up a bit but was so much looder the cops in my city a used to electric cars and the moment something is different they will pull us over ....

Hang on! The power on an open exhaust comes on at higher revs, whereas the open air intake gives more torque at lower revs. So you should have changed gears at higher revs with the open exhaust, in order to get the best performance! That’s my experience, see also Yoshimura power graph.

let me debunk the Loud pipes save lives statement . I ride a vz800 Marauder ,kind of a small cruiser bike with completely open pipes . How loud is it ? I have gotten warnings from the police , my government and neighbours , and i have been politely asked to move out by my landlords twice . It is a problem So imagine my surprise when a month ago i got hit by a car in a quiet town at 6 AM . No other noise present , just me roaring like a goddamn thunderstorm WITH Thunderstruck by AC/DC blasting out my speakers at full blast . Loud pipes do not in fast save lives , THey are just obnoxious . BTW my bike came like that and new chrome pipes are expensive so i just rolled with it . So dont be that guy

Worth it? no. Just get a bigger engine. On my 150 carbureted Grom clone, modding my bike costs $40 for air pod, intake tube, carburetor; $9 jet kit, $110 pipe, $39 slip on = $190 on mods, which takes it from 60 to 70 just like on the grom. If I wanted to go faster, I'd install a ZS190 for $800, and you'll be going MUCH faster than any mods you do on the grom.

Really enjoyed this comparison. I have the 2023 Monkey and the Chimera intake, the only draw back is the noise. I got it just to make the valve adjustment easier. The power over stock is quite a lot. Me: I am 80 and bought the Monkey in June of 2023 after ridding for 64 years. I had thought about quitting, but hey I can still find my way back home so the Monkey was my choice, such an easy light bike to ride. Like they say" live to ride, ride to live" Thanks for the video.

17:36 this is wrong, the sensor not in the rear wheel. If that was the case than changing the the gearing wouldn't affect the speedometer reading. It's near the front sprocket.

Question if I don’t want to waste to much or do it much to my grom Do you think the Yoshimura exhaust rs9-t, dhm performance ecu flash, and chimera air intake is enough? If so would I need to do anything to the grom by adding these parts ?

Question... Is the clutch cover you mention compatible with the wheelie friendly oil pump? essentially its an OEM oil pump with a hose that goes to the back of the case so no matter the angel it can get oil and pump it

A lot of good ideas for the grom here. The most important are the first mods ie intake exhaust tuner and esp oil cooler and filter. Esp if you live in the south but i'd do it in the north too, is the oil cooler. Get a temp gauge if your oil is over 170 you need the cooler and i bet it will be. Interesting the narrator of the well done video has the cooler but downplays its usefulness. Also to go with the cooler is high output oil pump.
