Only problem was the damn Retaining Pin 😂 , TIP: Lean forward while pressing the tip into the whole and pull or push with pliers. First time took me an hour, second time took me 10 minutes for brake pads

The client supplied the part and everything. I just did the labor. WOW. is the only way the job is done so bad. and he doesn't know he supposed to shake the can? WOW. what a bad work. Owner, we hope you just paid $ 50.00 for that horrible job. Didn't add any oil, and even at 9:00 he removes the cover that supposed to hold the oil inside. Worse, once he removed those caps that hold oil inside the compressor no oil came out, Weird. Those caps should be in place until the moment of connection the line.

Dude I’m doing this right now myself on a 05 GT and it took me over 3 hours just to get the three bolts off. Now I’m having a hard time trying to remove the high side ac line because that one bolt that’s holding it up is not easy to remove . Ford didn’t make any room to repair or replace any parts. That’s the only thing holding the compressor up and I can’t get to it without having to remove the rack and pinion as well.

Be sure the bottom bolt sleeve/expansion is also pushed on in. For me the brake bolt sleeve was stopping it from swinging on down in its proper place. I lost 30 minutes trying get the brake frame to go on down. After I saw it needed pushed in then the other side was a breeze to replace.🙂👍

There are 2 spacers that go in two of the holes on the alternator. I hope you didnt forget to swap them over or maybe the new alt came with the 2 spacers. Check other videos where they transfer the spacers to the new alt.

Oh yeah torque on the rear bracket to axle bolts is like 200ftlbs and you always use lock right on them. Just a tit bit. I’ve seen them back out before and it’s not pretty.
@chriscollison31363 ай бұрын
It’s hard because of the lock right on the bolts. Where’s your battery rachet or impact gun? lol some Jack stands up front there seem like a good idea but to each their own. I like how you explain everything as you go bro thank you for that. Good vid. One thing I do is I pull the slid pins and clean them up and re-grease them and make sure they slide nicely.
