There are 2 spacers that go in two of the holes on the alternator. I hope you didnt forget to swap them over or maybe the new alt came with the 2 spacers. Check other videos where they transfer the spacers to the new alt.

You got that right they don't make it easy but they last forever also thanks for the video

You don't have to take off the hose you can pull the alternator from the passages side wheel just take off the tire

A big pain in the a** but work perfectly.

They never thought of maintenance
