I was born and raised in Utah as a non Mormon. It was hell growing up in Utah. If you are not Mormon expect your children to be ostracized if you are not and your children are not Mormon. It's not "racial" like the OP says, it's the Mormons pushing their religion on you and if you don't accept it, life will be hell, your children will suffer. Make sure your children go to a private school so they are not affected by the bias. All of the things this video points out are things that the Mormons don't want, and will do anything they can to make sure there is nothing to do. The only people that live in Utah are Mormons or corporate raiders. Utah "claims" to be family friendly, but only if you are Mormon. The state is beautiful to VISIT. Living there is something different. It took me years to escape the Zion curtain. My mother passed, so I have no reason to visit anymore. Good riddance Utah.

Totally agree, but it's easy to own homes and land when you aren't the working class poor! People who live paycheck to paycheck can't even afford organic produce, let alone buy a house! I wished his house was closer to Rogue River, I'd be his housekeeper!

Is the builder paying the buyers agent automatic given the recent ruling?
Yes. Just like any seller who wants to attract buyers, they are offering a buyer's agent commission. Honestly, nothing has really changed, things are just worded differently. Most sellers of existing homes are still offering buyer's agent commissions.

@@TyWilde the best "investment" they will ever make, not hardly. Tell me, at this price and with current rates, what sort of client are you attracting? How much would your client need to make to be able to afford this home, let's say spending 35% of their bring home income. When the bubble busts, your client, and anyone else that bought at these astronomical prices, is going to be screwed for the rest of their lives.
@@Zukuri620 Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. I really do appreciate you. The data clearly shows that there is NO bubble. We are in a housing shortage. When rates drop home prices will keep going up. BUT, because I know what I'm doing, I'm able to help my clients get an interest rate below what banks are charging today. Sadly many Americans don't know this.
@@TyWilde way to dodge the questions. Go look up the defintion of housing bubble. We are 100% in a bubble. Enjoy making those huge profits while you can, selling to families that truly can not afford those homes. What do you think is going to happen when markets crash and businesses close? Uh oh, can't make those high mortgage payments anymore. You're absolutely maxing out the income of normal people to sell them these overpriced poor quality houses. Any more negative shift in the Economy, and they will be bankrupt and out on the street. We're literally living in the Hunger Games. Realtors are snakes, just like lawyers and politicians.

I love renters. They have paid off all my investment properties.
@@rotart12arx3 Truth is, at certain points of our lives rent is the best option. But, for most people owning a home ends up being the better financial choice.

The dream of owning a home is dead. 40k down and 3k per month if your lucky!
True, the dream of homeownership is dying, but the bigger issue is that the middle class is dying. The last few years have been bad.
As long as you have to pay property taxes, you don't own the land you own the house😅

Bra I payed a half of million for my house and I don't on the land that its build on is pretty messed up to me . I don't care about if it's better than paying rent or not. I already got taxes on the half million I payed. So it's all shady to me. Mr. Duncan been cushion.
@@blankman9800 Well, the Gov't can't just take it. Steps need to be taken & you should be reimbursed fairly, though it rarely is. But the Gov't taking our homes is pretty rare. And it's I know that you agree that it's still better than paying rent.
