So I just signed with Lennar, but one of their 3D printed communities. I’m concerned about build quality but it also looks like they’re mainly just a middleman by subcontracting Icon. Can I trust this?

Selected Visionay Homes 🏡 and also hired Ty to support our new home dream in Cache Valley. Ty is there through the process the entire way including 4-Way inspection. Ty is an expert & knows all the nuances of the industry to protect the asset.

I almost bought a resale DR Horton. Built in 2020. The seller did not put on their listing that it was a DR Horton build. I was able to back out of the contract once I knew it was a DR Horton build, after looking into how bad DR Horton are. I'm guessing that they tend to be fine the first 3-4 years and then have issues..which is why they're selling...

What have your experiences been like with Flagship Homes? It looks like they build in Eagle Mountain mostly and include lots of upgrades, but their prices seem lower. You get what you pay for perhaps?

Excellent question. I kind of like ‘em, but I would definitely hire a Realtor with new home construction experience if you build with them. I know one person who had a horrible experience with them, where they would not give back his large deposit.😬

How much do new home sales consultants make per year? On average

Great question. It varies significantly from state to state & builder to builder. My income would fluctuate largely depending on the housing market & the neighborhood where I was placed. I’d guess the ave. Pay would be somewhere between $80k $120k per year. But it can be significantly lower or higher. But most builders don’t offer benefits like health insurance, 401k, & etc.

Thanks for asking. I think they are one of the better options in Utah, but I highly recommend using a Realtor who has new construction experience.

That is the rumor. They do not rank very high nationally. As matter fact, they are near the very bottom.
