My vision also lost color? Everything seemed more white and with less color. My mind was more quiet and I felt almost like I was in third person. It seemed like a video game. Is the the effect that it causes? My vision is now like it was normally.

This was very helpful yet very difficult i only managed to stay focused for 8 miknutes 😢this was my first time trying it though so i guess i could have been worse

Just signed up for a 4week trial of a 1 year program. Very excited, it feels so right. I have a question about the techniques: when we do B1, do we pump the navel? Thank you.

@Anna. B1 does not pump the navel, it is utilized to erase highly negative thoughts. B2 is to bring the mind back to B3 (normal breathing) when it start to stray. BTW, this meditation technique of focusing on the nostrils may not work for everyone. Hope it helps.🙏

@khanghuynh1738. Ajahn Brahm had the same issue & he uses varies methods to focus ie awareness of breathing & body scanning. Hope it helps.

How can I meditate if I don't have a quiet place?
It's hard to explain but I feel something different.
