In 2020, Master Niels practiced as a Buddhist monk in Thailand for one whole year. During his stay in the temple, he recorded several videos to help and guide you through your practice.

15-minute Guided Meditation Session (interval)
This 3x5-minute interval training is highly effective for strengthening your mind. In addition, you will gradually learn to extend the duration of your meditation practice.
In this video, you will practice the first three basic mindfulness breathing techniques again with Master Niels. By becoming aware of your mind and body, you will learn what your mind and body need and therefore be able to choose the correct technique each time to deal with your thoughts and emotions and stay in the present moment.
Remember to focus on your breath touching the inside of your nostrils during your inhalation and exhalation.

    Just a question... What is your lifestyle outside meditation? I wish I could forget this life, this society, go in a mountain and just meditate, I have days when I feel I lived enough, I just want to be solitary and be in peace. I don't want material life, I don't wanna have goals, I don't want to accomplish things, I just want to eat bare minimum, love animals and nature and have peace, silence and solitude.

    I have been finding it difficult to find something that fits into my life and this is it. So glad I found you . What a difference this helping me and helping me become better mum.     Hello. I’m wondering if you have an answer to what may appear to be an unbelievable question: how can someone deal with supernatural attacks? I have yet to find a way to deal with what I can only describe as a hungry ghost like presence, and it is unwilling to leave. I’ve tried kindness, offerings, prayer, and many other things. I can’t meditate because it or they take advantage of their ability to disrupt my attempts. Thank you.

    Dear Moisty, Yes you can take a break in between. This interval practice is another way to increase your mindfulness energy and to extend the duration of your sessions. You can experience what benefits it brings you. Keep practicing and stay mindful 🙏
