We start by connecting with our breathing to give rise to a safe and secure feeling.
5:03 - Step 2
After you created a strong anchor point, the breath, you can connect with your body to stay and become more grounded before you engage with your emotions.
8:06 - Step 3
While being aware of your body and breath, you are now ready to connect with your emotions. Become aware of your emotions and use breathing techniques B1 to B3 to regulate your feelings when they become too strong or too frightening.
11:41 - Step 4
Breathe into your emotions to release your anxiousness. Often the feeling of anxiety reaches a peak before they soften. Keep breathing into your feelings until the feeling of fear disappears.

    Your videos and online courses have helped me so much in a very short time. Just the sound of your voice is enough to instantly calm my nerves enough to begin to focus. I tried this meditation two times before and was unable to connect with my emotions. This third time was a very powerful experience! Right as I felt the strong emotions fading, the sun found a gap in the clouds for the first time all day and warmed my face right where my emotions were being held. This was the perfect combination of what I deeply needed. I will be looking to expand my practice with more of your online courses very soon. I can’t thank you enough for sharing this gift with me. You are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you so much for this! Such ”right” way for me🙏 It was in my chest and I now know such better way to handle! I felt strong physical vibrations once got calmer (which also feeling in healing or magnetic Fields) and so much calmer now this was just what I need Thank you🙏🌷Jenny

    I don't suffer from anxiety, but your explanation is very clear and for now very relaxing. I am interested in following your 10 week course. One month ago your website stated that the course had been given on a fixed date (in the past). Am I correct that at the moment you can follow the course anytime you want with a IMI+ account?
