Just want to say thanks .This video really helped me with my editing workflow! Used to feel overwhelmed with having a ton of footage and not knowing what to do or where to start.

Well, this was pointless. I hit "bring layout to front" and the whole screen becomes the second video instead of having it being inserted inside the area I just tracked...

Hello Peter Kae, great tutorial and funny when you said what will happen if you double click. I Have a short video of a person walking in front of the person I want to keep. So, I do you get rid of the person walking?

Hi Pete, do you put your footage in sequential as you've shot (first shot as first on the timeline)? Or you put footage with "same camera movement" on same sequence to get those match cut editing?

This is cool and useful, but is it really moton tracking? When I think motion tracking I'm thinking about a feature where the software does the tracking/moving for you, by marking a tracking point in the video (in this case that'd be the ball) and let the rest happen automatically. I know this is a feature in After Effects.
