I was laughing at that as well, I work in Telecommunications running fiber-optic for tier 4 data centers and was usually the most knowledgeable on the job. It always shocked the new guys when I say "hey grab the square thingy and plug it into that bottom left thing" in reality I know what connector it is and what it is doing I just brain fart when so much is going on. I've been so used to masking and have been doing it for years mainly because I think it's fun to sit there and mask for hours. I know my definition of fun maybe different from you guys but now that I have so much going on in my life this is going to help immensely, so thanks for the video man and excellent production quality especially for something that is just a small quick tutorial.

After I draw the green line around the subject, it does nothing, and there's a message in yellow that says Draw Roto Brush & Refine Edge strokes at full resolution. If I try to double click, I get "Roto Brush strokes cannot be added until the current frame has finished rendering" but nothing is rendering and it's not doing anything. Am I missing something?
@PeterKae

Hey Michael ! Mhm hard to say from distance. Probably create a Pre-Comp out of the desired clip beforehand. It also sounds like your system just might need some time to render the frames ? Hope that helped! :)
If you like questions I have one for you! 😄, What minimum characteristics do you recommend so that the equipment (desktop PC) works well both in rotoscoping and tracking and superposition of 3d objects in a composition? I mean video card, processor, RAM memory, etc.
I really enjoyed your video, thank you very much. I think your pacing was great, and you hit all the important elements. You showed what to do to get started, and let the viewer explore on their own footage. I made SURE to hit that like button twice, as well as the subscribe button twice! I was gonna do three, but that seemed a little excessive.
