I have to buy a computer for video editing in which all the software of adobe can run smoothly. I am thinking of taking i9, what is your advice, please tell which processor, graphics, RAM should be installed

A i9 is pretty sick and works !! I would go with at least 32 GB Ram and a 4 GB Graphics. Something like the Radeon 580 or the GeForce 3070/3080 👍🏻

😂 glad you think so ! I guess Premiere has the most tutorials online, thats nice if you want to build knowledge. Final cut has better performance on a mac 👍🏻 anyway I would still go with Premiere
