The world does not revolve around English speakers alone. You could try learning the Chinese language. It would open many doors to you that you are not even aware of. Look, here I am a Chinese person who has learned to communicate in English as a foreign language. It's not that hard =)

先煸油,再炒糖色,这个可以试一下。另外提一个小建议,在炒完糖色加葱姜调料时,如果先把肉拨到锅边,露出锅底位置再加,会更容易爆出调料的香味,直接洒在肉上翻炒,味道可能差一些

我會先用水沖洗乾凈,再用廚房紙巾將水擦乾,再直接爆煎到兩面焦黃,鍋子加水加純豆醬油無需放任何調味料,放電鍋燉煮一小時,便可起鍋了😋😂

不要垮大汗腺,腥呼隻隻豬吳同亦同飼料有關,炆煑時落太多水兼火太猛瘦肉部份會柴兼失去甜故要少些水及細火來炆!

也不完全是汗腺的事情,比如没有猪皮的猪肉做不好也会很腥。
過程真是複雜!怎麼辦我只記得加冰糖,the process is so complicated!i only remember the ice sugar
