ZIP TIE TRICK TO CUT EXHAUST

    Cool tip. Wonder if a small ratchet strap would work, too. That way, it is a wider strap and reusable.

    Good tip. I was using paracord earlier tonight on different cutters. Zip Tie would have worked much better. Anyone know how to cut 2"-ish metal braided rubber fuel filler hose under an RV with gas in the tank?

    I was using a sissor jack and opened it and put it over the handles then closed it to create constant pressure . It was impossible to get an even cut for me

    Use a hose pipe clamp around the handles and a ratchet to tighten it

    Speculating that the cutter wouldn't go all the way through because you reached the point where adjusting the chain one link further became necessary.

    These are a flawed design usually because the wheels are not large enough and the tool bottoms out on the chain before it's cut all the way through. Why don't They make the wheels a little bigger on these?

    I guess you could, it's made exhaust but it should be able to cut through PVC with no problem.

    I have gotten this comment a lot. I guess if you are trying to be very quiet this would be ok. Definitely not the fastest way to cut one off. I honestly don't think anyone has used this method to grab a cat, at least I really hope no one has.
