@@TheScorpio32 That's another good reason why you need a hidden, WIRED button, not a remote. The less wireless hackable your vehicle is, the better. That alone to me, is worth the extra effort & weight of direct wiring.

I like that zach is cool enough to give shout outs and keep in touch with his home town boys and old company. Shows some good character 😁

What's interesting about cutouts is how much exhaust still goes through the muffler. I have an electric set on my car that I can open as little or as much as I want and even wide open it still feels like at least half the flow comes out the tail pipe.

@@Che1seabluesdrogba11 stuff like that or extra aftermarket lights can be wired pretty easily. Attach the negative, usually black wire to any ground on the vehicle. And attach the positive, usually red wire to a fuel system relay terminal, one that recieves power when you turn the key.

I feel that pain. I'm in Columbus and just sent my 300zx to the junkyard because the bottom 2 inches of unibody were nothing but rust. I thought I had bad suspension bushings, turns out it was just the roof (t tops mind you) was the only thing holding it together. Can't complain too much, $700 and I got 65k miles out of it.

Having a sleeper is also incredibly satisfying. I went with Cobb parts and a tune by a local shop ('17 WRX premium stage 2 on 93oct) I'm significantly faster than a stock STI, though probably not on a road course, and the reliability and comfort are well preserved. I also don't attract cops with the same frequency as STI owners reportedly do. I'm fairly confident that this wouldn't work on the FA20t without a dedicated tune.

Just be mindful that they're illegal in any state that does emissions testing, and also most places make any exhaust louder than a certain threshold illegal (usually somewhere around 90-95 decibels). Plenty of people still have them and usually don't get hassled for it. But just be aware that you're giving cops a very easy excuse to hassle you if they feel like it.

I want to see more work done to Nolans Mustang, loved the video, I plan on getting cutout valves and more like valves for open longtube headers for my Cammed FBO Mustang GT lol, she gonna be RRROWDYYY!

I've instaled mine 20cm after the turbo ... now that's loud!!

Ill never have my music loud by my house... but just after the entrance "we good"

Put one of these on my 2000 Durango with the 5.9L V8…. It was so unnecessarily loud and I loved it.

I had one 3V catless and straight pipe and was pretty loud, I currently own a 3V catless and original mufflers and sounds really good (happy middle not super loud just sportie)

"Cutting a hole in Nolan's exhaust" - sounded like a dirty joke.

am not a car guy , but those guys , i love watching those guys , they are the new top gear ! Maybe you should try road trips like top gears used to do ! People would love that !

I would also wrap the exhaust. Not just to protect the vacuum-lines, but to also, in theory, keep consistent heat in the exhaust for best flow.

I work at an exhaust shop and I'm really surprised more people don't bring stuff in for cut outs it's always muffler delete and res deletes or duals and flowmasters
