I like that Idol has so many raw, emotional, singers this year and not the cookie cutter, technically good singers who dont connect emotionally. Ziggy did a great job. Id buy his music.

It's heartbreaking that Idol couldn't find room to allow the people to decide whether you should go farther in the competition. He overwhelmingly won the one-on-one competition. He has an amazing amount of range, a really great sound and stage presence. The judges made two mistakes this season. They were able to correct the first one but failed on the last one.

Is there a video of ALL the cut performances because my favorite the dude that lives in his own refurbished bus was so jazz talented he literally wrote a song the previous day to the audition about an astronaut a Martian and a girl of course from earth it was hilarious and I am so jealous of his Tiny House Nation on WHEELS Can we at least see the cut people not televised SOMEWHERE???? The extra performances that did not fit in the allotted time slot...I would die to see him (the bus dude who probably listens to my favorite band Phish none of those 4 can sing but they are all Fabulously talented and well rounded musicians...they even make fun of themselves like Conan w self deprecation when it comes to Fishman their drummer and how they got their name in the first place) If I WAS EDITOR I would have cut out the I kissed a girl audition one that started her A Grande song over 3x She was SO DIVA in all the wrong ways ...MC Whitney Aretha Grande Celine and Aguilera can do what she did...THEY have talent. . .but even they do not have well rounded talent except for Grande which can play instruments .....It is not ALL about just a voice!! Unless you want to be a diva like Britney and a sex symbol but if you want actual GLOBAL reach you need to be like Katie Perry or Taylor Swift or Shakira both write their own music play guitar and or piano.. It is so underrated to be a singer songwriter like the bus dude I THINK and also necessary to like John Mayer have a great ear for POP great sounds and what is in key what is off pitch ...perhaps off key flat or sharp is on PURPOSE like the piano player she kept hounding but he was doing it on purpose that one off key note...that white dude was so rolling his eyes at little miss Can I have a Chair

Heart broken for both of the young men that were required to compete with one another separate from the other contestants. This in itself had to add a great amount of anxiety for them. Both these contestants deserved a more thoughtful way to compete. It was extremely insensitive on the part of the Judges. Yes, I do realize the need for structure however, not at the cost of ones self-esteem. Shame on all three Judges. I personally believe it was impossible to choose between the two. So disappointed in you!! Sometimes one needs to be capable of flexibility. Being blessed to have lived to 86 has given me the wisdom of God's wisdom. Hoping that is part of you as well. With due respect.
