今集《 煮題COOK 2 》 煮題就係“太好椰”!兩位《 煮題COOK 2 》大廚將會挑戰利用椰子煮出美味!Ricky就挑戰印尼特產黃金糕,加上特別工序,就變成椰汁黃金糕!即刻去片《 煮題COOK 2 》
《 煮題COOK 2 》【椰汁黃金糕】
材料:
椰奶 400克
砂糖 220克
雲呢拿油 5克
黃薑粉 1克
雞蛋 8隻
木薯粉 400克
發粉 24克
鹽 5克
菜油 20克 做法:
1.先將椰奶、糖、雲呢拿油及黃薑粉拌勻
2.將木薯粉、發粉及鹽混和, 加入已拌好椰奶拌勻
3.將雞蛋用交剪剪碎, 倒入粉漿內慢慢拌勻, 最後拌入菜油
4.將糕漿過篩2次, 倒入錫紙糕盤內至半滿, 再蓋上相同糕盤
5.放入170度爐, 焗20分鐘, 取走蓋面糕盤再焗20-25分鐘至全熟
6.出爐後馬上將黃金糕倒轉, 放在相同糕盤上冷卻, 最後才切片享用(倒轉可避免黃金糕出爐後下塌)

    can you tell me that 木薯粉in English? cuz i tried to bake with tapioca flour n it failed 😪. also i tried your recipe rice paper with shrimp dumping n it was really good, thx for sharing 😋 ☺️, also can you translate the recipe in English too? cuz most of younger people don't know how to read Chinese anymore, but they do love Chinese foods. im from Minnesota usa. Thanks. can you also make this cake in sugar or no substitute sugar at all? cuz nowadays too much sugar is not good for our health, but i do love this cake lol. im really appreciate if you make this cake in no sugar at all, thank you. also you said that in video 发粉 in English is baking soda or baking powder?
