    Its tough taking this serious. The training is legit but its coming from a guy who's prob been able to dunk since he was 2. There are guys that don't work out hardly ever and have chicken legs yet they get there head near the rim. Some dudes are just freaks, like zach. Great ball player

    Whatchu gotta understand is, chicken legs and being light actually help you in basketball lol. Ever notice how most guys in the nba aren't huge? They're slim but strong. Lifting heavy weights aren't going to help you. They're just going to make you bulky and slow. You need strength AND mobility in basketball. Stick to lifting lighter weight and doing more reps. Also do more cardio.

  • @JCno28

    @JCno28

    7 жыл бұрын

    Stefan Kovacevic I didn't say they weren't strong bro. I said they're SLIM. They're very strong, I know that lol. But they're also slim and mobile. Bulk will slow you down in basketball

    here's several things for techniques for jumping higher Do Bulgarian split squats Practice depth jumps- these are performed by stepping off a box, then exploding up immediately after landing on the ground For basketball training start with a tennis ball, then move up to a softball, then a volleyball, then a youth-size basketball, then a standard one (I read these and why they work on Enyeto Jump Plan website )

    I went from sitting on the bench and also hardly being able to dunk - to averaging several dunks per game, becoming a starter, and winning the state championship right after using this vertical jump training “takom fetching network (G0OGLE it)! I have tried several vertical jump programs but this one tops them all. .

    Zach Levine is a gifted vert freak. He was dunking before he did any exercises. Some of us have to actually put in work from the get go to significantly improve vertical jump height. It's not easy, but the body adapts to the correct training quite quickly.

    Lavine is a phenomenal athlete with raw power and explosiveness. I feel that if he adds to much size he'll lose his spring and agility. Hard to find a perfect balance. Thats why 26 year old lebron was unrivalled, as he was fast, big, strong, explosive, and powerful whilst being smart, skilful and determined.

    I keep seeing him workout doing explosion exercising and dunking, but really this guy needs to learn how to shoot a basketball. he's just not a legit offensive threat if he can't do that as well as taking it to the rim.

    that pulling weight from his waist plus lifting the weights up and down on his stomach cant be good.why do u think alot of players have back problems.they working out wrong lol.

    Do you even Lift? Hip thrusts and prowler workout won't give you back problems. With hip thrusts you have a straight back the whole movement and prowler workouts are just running with weights what people do for decades or even longer. Back problems come from Bad technique and He definetly doesn't have one.

    Great Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Renshoov vertical jump expert(Have a quick look on google cant remember the exact link)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for Vertical jump. I ve heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker at very last got astronomical results with it.
