SM was wise to keep pushing her as an artist and a DJ and even as a dancer. She’s been on so many performance based shows. She’s seriously killing it as a DJ/producer. Her solo music is also really good quality. She has a mini album coming out on January 16th with GOT the beat. So proud of her.

I think it’s wonderful that companies pay for dorming and it keeps idols level-headed, down to earth, and appreciative…not to mention close to each other as a group. It develops camaraderie and a grateful mindset. Nobody needs the huge multi-million dollar MANSIONS every Hollywood star buys and doesn’t step foot in…that’s true ego and decadence (the traditional meaning of the word is certainly not positive🤗). I love their way of doing things ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻just sharing my two cents

This was the Incheon condo she bought for her parents, it's been sold. All SNSD members over the years hinted they also all have personal condos next to each other in a Seoul Area. Hyoyeon picks them up. Also Hyoyeon and Yuri say they stay at the SNSD dorm which is luxurious in its own right.

@@tarisyahtaskiyakhalbu9706 Indeed. Since Yuri and Hyoyeon is still under SM. They stay at the Dorm since it's close to their work. It's near SM Headquarters. SM has left it intact for all these years, for OhGG!. It's very convenient, even when all 8 girls were moving around during the Forever 1 comeback, they would meet up together at the familiar Dorm to shower, nap, and change clothes. Their Dorm is a massive Penthouse. Remember, it once had 9 superstar girls living in it.

So even if she stays in Seoul for work, her parents would continue to stay there I guess and whenever it is convenient for her to return to the condo with her parents, she does so I imagine. That would explain why her room is more or less emptier than expected.

I'm not Hyoyeon bias but I think she ain't the least tho, she has Solos, a Dance Trainer, etc. I think the least popular SNSD member for now is Sunny because she doesn't have any projects for now and she has no solos to promote nowadays unlike the other members where they have dramas and songs to promote

I love hyoyeon. Look how she's not being pride about being praised for her luxirious house, but she's just taking them around with that bubbly & genuine smile on her face. It just shows her hardwork done for the past years. Such a strong and independent lady.

She is literally the main dancer and main rapper of the group! she's successful because the group is successful thanks to all the members! true, most of SNSD members are being active and maintaining their popularity in their own field. That's all that matters. Like why people are so obsessed with comparing them with each other just because they are in the same group? Every member has their own vision, challenge and decision for their own development. If you live in a house, and you have the money, there’s gotta be one room where you will do thing to make it to your liking. I don’t get that vibe here. Also is it me or the arts are on the floor? I think what she had is more than adequate for a person living alone. Being such a busy person her home is a place to relax....having a cluttered place tends to create a more stressful effect. Also in this way she has more options to add extra furniture in the future if she wants to 😉
