Oh, for once a nice apartment that feels really lived in. Typically the homes of these celebrities are huge apartments that are almost empty and badly furnished or small apartments full of junk, it's refreshing to finally see a decently furnished apartment that doesn't look too empty or full of junk.

@@xpnkxpacx Interior designers are definitely a thing in Korea, but I don´t know.. As a Danish person who comes from a culture where home design and coziness is everything, I´ve always felt like Koreans didn´t strive towards the same kind of thing. I´ve lived in Korea for years, and I´m not sure if it´s because home is simply a house for them to get back to and sleep in before going back to work, but most friends I´ve visited grew up in quite big and empty rooms with no personality. Having said that, it´s definitely different for my generation (I´m 27 y.o.). A lot of people at my age is really getting into making their home as cozy as possible, so I think it might just be because celebrities are quite busy and it´s not a priority for some of them.

I think Tiffany's house was seen once in a program and some parts (not much) about Taeyeon's apartment too, but mostly corridors I also think that Yuri shoot some videos inside her house in some of her vlogs on KZread, but little was seen (mainly the living room) About Yoona and Sehoyun, I don't remember seeing their houses. They are more private with it And if you count Jessica, her kitchen, walk-in closet and other rooms of her house can be seen in some of her KZread vlogs

When I look at the k celebs home I'm shocked by their lifestyle. I know the cost of living in Seoul is very exp but damn I expect much more considering the amount of money they spend on clothes, accessories and their way of living. They care so much about their outer appearance and what not. Either their house is too empty or too small

I mean... it's a mix of living in a place like Seoul and... Asian culture tbh. I make... a lot of money, even for someone in NYC, but I also live in a place pretty much the same size as hers here lol. Really large condos in cities are just not worth the price. I don't know Seoul prices, but in NYC, the apartment the size of Sooyoung's (or mine) is about $1.5 million to $2 million... if you want something nicer and bigger.. it's a huge jump.... you'd have to go up to $10 million+, and it's just... not worth it. If I were to get something bigger, I'd just move to the NYC suburbs and get way more for my money.

Apartments have better security compared to detached houses. This is Korea, it is 2023 but there are still sasaeng fans. Also, they would prefer to live near the broadcasting stations to prevent heavy traffic when traveling, most of the houses there are apartments since they also cater all the people who work at the broadcasting stations. If you are familiar with Super Junior’s Eunhyuk, he has a huge detached house (lives with his family) but it is at an exclusive village and located at the very end of Seoul which is not advisable for celebrities bc of their work, so he lives in an apartment alone for work purposes and would only go there if he has no work.
