I think even then she was staying in the dorm part of the time. Hyo and Yuri liked the group setting. Moonbyul and Solar from Mamamoo remind me of this cause Byul is constantly over at Solar's place.

She sold that house and in songdo and bought a new one from somewhere (posted in IG). She was asked once if she have a house in Seoul but she only said she stays in their dorm for work.
