Recipe and ingredients:
1 chicken fillet, cut into cubes.
Salt, black pepper, turmeric, mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion and sauté over medium heat.
Finely chop 1 celery stick.
Chop 1 pepper.
Finely chop the leek and fry for 10 minutes.
Cut 2 potatoes into cubes.
Pour 1.5 liters of water and boil for 15 minutes.
Finely grate 1 carrot and fry for 3 minutes.
Finely chop 1 chilli and 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
salt and cook for another 15 minutes.
