🥑 RECIPE:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 leeks.
2 stalks of celery.
attention.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 zucchini.
To dice.
2 potatoes.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
1 chili pepper.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Thyme.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable broth 1 liter.
Let cook for 15 minutes.
Parsley.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Red pepper.
Oregano.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Add parsley.
The soup is ready!
The croutons are ready for the soup!
It is very aromatic and incredibly tasty!
