Thanks man. This vid helped me beat this fight, the Elemental+Fire tip was pretty helpful. One thing I did differently was have Sonon keep Regen on us to reduce having to heal so often.

what accessories and armor are you using?

I beat it yesterday with Yuffie dead and Sonon barely killing Pride and Joy with his limit break in a last second command. Boy was that tough. Players should get a gold trophy instead of a silver for going through that shit.

You can only get one and I have that equipped to Yuffie

Ok, I'm trying your method but for some reason the elemental and fire link materia isn't working. I'm taking fire damage and not healing. Yes it's in the armor and yes they're linked. I don't know what's wrong.

Is your materia leveled up? Elemental materia has to be maxed out for it to absorb linked elemental damage taken

You are taking physical damage from the blast of the projectiles. But you can stand the fire on the floor and you will notice you will heal from the fire.

What armor and accessory did you have on!?

You can use Force amulet since it has 4 materia slots and a materia link slot. You can buy Force amulet from the vending machine next to a bench

I think he said if memory serves me right that you can use the force amulet which can be bought from stores/vending machines that appears next to a bench because it has 4 regular materia slots if I recall and a materia link slot
