    It beautiful, the approach of allowing our bodies to guide our way forwards. I believe we already have the answers to all we need inside us but we just have temporarily forgotten due to societal conditioning. Thanks for helping us remember what's important and for reconnecting to our inner body and spirit! @@TaroIwamoto 💛

    Thank you, Taro! My pelvis really loosened up as I was doing the clock movement, and I can really see the connection with the jaw as you pointed out. By the way, I really appreciate how organized your playlists are…makes it so easy to find what you’re looking for. Thanks for the great work that you’re doing! 🙏

    The first lesson was done lying down and this is in seating position. Good to know the variations. Second lesson moving the pelvis clockwise and anticlock gave looseness in the spine, felt relaxed too. Thank you for the video.

    Magically, i found connection) it's very interesting, how parts of boo, which are far from each other, for example head and feet, organise movement together. I would love to know more about neck next time ❤

Doctors are saying I have fibromyalgia but im not accepting and fighting the pains(neck, shoulder, migraines, trapezears, right arm, jaws) from past 7 months. This is adding stress and anxiety. Any video to overcome this condition. I have seen many other video which dint help me much

    very first thing is to learn how to connect with your body and bring your attention into your body. this process regulates the nervous system, then you can start to retrain your movement patterns a little by little.

    Can Feldenkrais be used to help people with Morton’s Toe and it’s effects on the body, particularly the leg and knee muscles?

  • @TaroIwamoto

    @TaroIwamoto

    6 ай бұрын

    if you reorganize your movement patterns, you change the entire relationship between your body parts, and how your nervous system interacts with your body, so will that have effects on Morton's toe, yes, but cannot say how and what effects you should expect as each nervous system and body are unique and respond differently.
