My skin is very fair with neutral undertone, so Dior foundation is 00N, it’s almost white, but makeup artists rarely have it, so I bring mine )

Is hard to say, but, maybe for some people if you have pale skin is sickness? And try a "natural" tan skin makeup and fail. In addition to the fact that there are few videos where they have the skin color indicated for Judy's skin.

Besides the criminally bad hygiene, you don't look too bad at the end. FAR better than some of the other clown makeup you've had! ALMOST* good :)

I seriously don't understand how so many MUA don't follow simple sanitary things like clean tools and not using applicators from in the products like concealers for example.

They're not real make up artists! Hygiene is one of the most important things of this job when you work with tools that go on everybody's face. That sponge being on the floor and then on the face is unacceptable. 😖

Until we knew about it, we were still struggling with pimples for no reason [or for just touching our face] and lots of blackheads open and closed. Now the condition of the skin only deteriorates when we break this barrier, because, for example, we keep acids on the skin for too long or use two ingredients with irritating potential on the same day

It seems that most “artists” want to cover your beautiful porcelain skin with orange foundations, trying to darken your complexion. As a former makeup artist I will state that it is so important that you match the client’s skin tone as closely as possible. If you want to darken your skin a bit, use a bronzer over the foundation. Foundation that is too dark looks muddy.

I think the issue is more cuz it's not as common. In my country very pale is not very common and so the foundations are mostly darker. I know because I have to go through struggle of finding the lighter foundations among gazillion tan ones.

God, she was so annoying. We've had a lot of rude MUAs on here, but this one was just annoying af man. Couldn't stand her blaming you for literally just existing.

Actually, judy is playing a little with the translation, possibly for comedic purposes. I am native Spanish speaker, this lady was not rude, and actually didn't blame her, in her head she was just trying to explain what could happen if she blinked. And about the black, she actually admitted it was the product fault. Maybe judy is been to enough horrible places and has Started to feel attacked by every similar comment.

Use a tape to take off glitter! It's life changing. Press the tape into the lid, and then pull it. All the glitter comes in the tape. And then you can clean the rest normally

Just to bounce off of this, use fabric tape. It's much easier on the skin but you still get the stickiness.

Don't use any fcking tape. Oil cleanser on cotton pad, gentle press it on, let it sit a bit and swipe it off. Use the other side for any leftovers. Easiest way. No rubbing, no pulling, clean. Your skin will thank you.

Another thing that really icks me is when these muas make comments about Judy's appearance like they want her to feel bad about something natural she has on her face e.g. eyebrows, or fair complexion, or whatever. As a pale person living in latinamerica, guess it's the culture. Because we're all basically historically mixed (from Spanish colonization and indigenous peoples) everyone is generally tan, or on the brown spectrum, sort of. When someone comes along and are a bit paler, they always make a comment cuz it's a bit on the rarer side to see, such a different thing than the norm. Not to make excuses! I hate when they point it out too. Just context 😅

The thing that kills me is that they KNOW they're being filmed. And yet they STILL use dirty ass brushes and say rude things and pick things up from the floor and use them on her face.

Hygiene aside, the makeup actually looks pretty good, definitely much better than other times you've gotten it done.
