You really need to know how to do this on your Woodmizer LT40

How to do a band alignment on the Wood Mizer LT40 sawmill. I take the time to walk through the blade alignment so you can see how to do this important maintenance on your Woodmizer.
After replacing a bearing on the under in the carriage/head I needed to check the alignment on my wood mizer LT40 bandsaw mill and do a little maintenance before this weekends remote milling jobs. So it was time to do a wood mizer lt40 blade alignment and I decided to take you with me as I go through the steps to complete this simple maintenance on this sawmill.
The mill head rides on bearings both above and below the rail. These bearings wear out over time, specially if, like me, you tow your mill on rough roads a lot. Eventually you have to replace the bearings and then re-align the head. I'll take you through the head alignment on the wood mizer lt 40 to get things back to where they need to be on The Old Jarheads Sawmill.
