I usually just fillet the breasts for more even thickness and cook them in a pan. I only usually use a grill for skewered chicken.

The regular one looked juicier 😅 I cook mine to 150-155 internal and they come out juicy and delicious!
Some these chickens out there are spending way too much time in the weight room. Bigger pecs than me. I butterfly in half and then pound. Otherwise I'd be pounding all day. Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Yeah after watching this I'll continue to do it my way... Full breast for me, butterflied breast for my wife.
Chicken is safe at 150. That's what i pull mine at.
