Started my day yesterday watching this and survive and advance ended it rushing the bell tower GOOO PACK ACC CHAMPS!

went to coaching clinic back in the 80's....other coaches talked x's and o's of basketball... jimmy v spoke about life, hard work, discipline and success....

This speech has the power to make one Laugh, Cry and Think.... anyone who's seen his 1993 ESPY speech knows what I'm talking about.... RIP

I was a unc fan in basketball all my life but a Jim valvano fan too the entire time. He was a great man. I have Bern a duke couch fan in basketball he graduated 100 percent of his basketball players graduation rate. M k. Duke success.

Self motivation = success. I went through coronavirus pretty much isolated and never got it. But my twins in Mississippi were my self motivation to see them grow up got me through tough times. I now have a way forward. Jim valvano was great. Set backs is the right language over the word failures. I am going to have a setback section in my new resume.

I believe in you! Whatever it is you're going through, I know you're going to make it. Even if I have not met you. You're gonna pull through. I know it!

International countries are developing the same type treatments or similar anyway. A bone marrow donation of a person's individual stem cells may not be a match fir a direct family member but it could be a match for people on the other side of the world. It's an amazing thing.

There are avenues and things in place or in motion surrounding bone marrow donation where certain cancers go into remission with low recurrence rates. I know there are trials hing in right now to maybe fight blood cancer in children. There is hope on the horizon.

You don't have to wonder. He's still doing it everyday. Through others his motivation does what God wanted him to do. So much strength God knew he would continue without having to fight the forces here on Earth. God calls the good back and saves them once they have learned enough. I think I'm going to be here awhile, I can be kind of dence!

If they stayed around, we wouldn't see the good.

Stay strong and remember to smile cry and be positive and view emotional intelligence as a strength and failures as setbacks not as a negative thing.
