The Most Honest Three Minutes In Television History

Brutally Honest trump supporter tells it like it is.
• Brutal Honesty
Take a moment and think about it. Remember it, Share it and maybe, just maybe, we can be great again!
The point of this video? Not to create animosity nor give an audience to hateful statements from people who, because of their own apathy, in part created the world we now live. The point of this video is to make anyone who cares to pull together and stop the down fall as best as they can. To be good to one another and stop blaming everybody else for our own short comings. To heal ourselves so that we can heal others. Not as separate parts, but as a whole sum of Humanity!
This video has now been seen in 190+ countries!
Still people don't seem to be getting the point.
I am a human being just as you. Doing things for the right reasons just as you.
If you're not treating your fellow man (Mankind) (Human Beings) with compassion, or at least treating them as you would be treated, then how are you helping the situation.
And if you're not helping the situation, then what are you doing?
Its not about invisible lines that divide us rather human qualities that unit us.
It's a lie to think your not good enough. There are two entities in the world.
1. Evil This is where one feels Anger, Jealousy, Greed, Resentment, Lies, and Inferiority.
2. Goodness This is where one feels Joy, Peace, Love, Hope, Humility, Kindness, Empathy and Truth.
As I read over the comments I see both Evil and Goodness shared. It is not a country that is evil or good. Rather it is a personal choice of the people in any country to be either Good or Evil. And they do so through their actions.

Requiring Responsibility is not waging war on the poor, it’s the only thing that will help.

Stop. Think. Ask yourself. What IS poverty? A lack of material security. Nothing else. Provide for the lack, and the issue solves itself, along with most of the other issues that it caused in the first place. I remember as a kid pondering the difficulties of man making it to the moon. I remember seeing a clip of the NASA scientists working together to brainstorm through problems. I thought: They're going to do it! The USA is going to find a way to make it despite the daunting odds against. They did and what a powerful feeling of pride it instilled in us. Now? It feels like we can't even work together to pass a trivial piece of legislation. We've gone from greatness to petty incompetency. We've really let down our country and our country's young people.

You say "we." I think that's a good chunk of the problem. The politicians almost don't pretend to represent the people anymore; some are so far left or right they come across as cartoons. Most Americans think they have a choice between the cartoon on the left or the one on the right, and have no idea who else is running. Anything else is "wasting my vote" so they pick "the lesser of two evils" (with some truth, because of the way the two parties have so thoroughly hijacked the system). We all know this isn't really a democracy; most get the way it's been subverted and treat it as normal: "Who are you voting for, Trump or Hillary?" It's f'd up. Then I saw a ton of the people I knew shift their views closer to Donald Trump to justify their choice. Because he ran as a Republican - so he had a chance - and paid lip service to the frustration everyone felt with our gridlocked government, and threw in a few four-letter words for effect. Clearly he was going to "drain the swamp." Side note, I did go to school with some folks from more repressive countries. Their comment? "Two choices are still better than one." Hey, look up the "committee tax." A lot of law is decided in committees, composition of which is divided between parties based on who controls how much of the legislature. Committee seats cost "party dues." The more important the seat, the larger the expectation. Where does the congressman get the money for that seat (parties can't strip a Senate/House seat but can and do strip committee positions)? Say you run a giant... let's say a woodworking corporation, and there's a Senate committee that deals with timber harvesting, or furniture exports, etc. You find a senator who votes the way your company wants and you make a donation, whatever the position calls for. He uses the money to pay the party dues and takes a seat on the committee. That's not even a secret; it's out in the open, one of the overt ways large companies influence law. Who knows what the public isn't privy to. There's just so much. I feel like our medical establishment might be the worst, but that could also be because I looked into it at one point and know a little more about it (for a glance, look at the average cost of medical care in the US vs anywhere else in the world. Quality is right up there, guessing top 5; costs are highest in the world and something like twice as high as the next most expensive country on the list. Where does the money go? That's a fun rabbit hole to go down). I'm sorry for the rant; the internet hates anything longer than a sentence or two. It's late, I'm drinking, but what I've said is true to the best of my knowledge; please do look it up. I kept typing because you hit a nerve: I also grew up thinking the US was the best country in the world. It was. When I look now at what anyone you ask on the street sees as a complete mess... man. Then you ask that roomful of politicians to address something like climate change.

They allowed the banking system to be bailed out by MY generation. What are their accomplishments? They brought back a lot of STDs in the 1960s and 1970s. Some are, but some are so different, that you can't compare them even in severity, because they different types of flaws. One country may have the lowest quantity of flaws, or the lowest severity as far as you can compare and measure, but flaws affect different people within each country. Some may be more severe than for children than for adults, or for people in certain jobs, or with certain disabilities. Everyone lives unique lives and so therefore everyone is affected by flaws in unique ways. You can't measure the greatest country, because each flaw will have a completely different effect on each person.

More for the fact it shows people as a whole are dumb, panicky animals who go and revert to tribalism in the face of anything they perceive as dangerous. I'm watching it begin in my own country with the antivaxxer movement trying to out our legally elected government and starting the whole US us vs them thing, which is only a relatively new concept to be so partisan. yeah, that was LBJ's original idea. I'm not part of Yang Gang (bc the mess we're in right now needs someone who understands how the sausage is made, if even just a bit) but Yang has a REALLY GOOD POINT: gdp doesn't measure how well a country is doing as a whole. he points out his wife - who stays home to take care of their kids - contributes zero to GDP is why GDP is a stupid measurement is perfect example. her contribution to our society shouldn't be "zero." my mom wasn't "zero." 90% of moms in 1950s, or '60s, or (my)'70s didn't contribute "zero." Yang is right. we need to measure contribution (and wealth and ability and FUTURE capability) differently. if only bc my mom contributed the fuck out of future GDP by raising all of us. (and you're welcome, cult45 and gop GDP obsessives.)

When we let bad people dictate that corporations deserved 2-300 times more than the worker makes annually. The US has the highest median income, adjusted for purchasing power parity (healthcare cost, education cost, etc.), of any country in the world. Geopolitically, culturally, financially, economically, militarily, technologically, the United States is the world's most influential country, and its citizens enjoy unprecedented protections of freedom of speech, religion, and self-defense. America remains the only country that is based not on race or ethnicity, where anyone can come from anywhere and assimilate. he United States played a pivotal role in protecting the world from fascism, and played the decisive role in protecting the world from communism. The world has seen - by any objective metric - unprecedentedly high levels of prosperity and peace, because America has taken on the mantle of world leadership. These are simple facts that Europoors can't cope with.

@Akshay Rangnekar Alright listen here. I don't know if you are British or not, but lets talk a little bit about them for a second. The very original people were the Hiberni, Pictish and the Britons. Have you ever heard of any of these people except the fact that the last group sounds suspiciously like the name of a city? Course not, because they were all murdered by or forced into cultural reform by the next settlers known as the 'Roman Empire' and then the Anglo Saxons spawned from that combination of groups. So Congratulations, if you are British, without the Romans stomping into your sand box you would be ACTUALLY nothing. If you aren't British...Well. I'm sure I can find genocide and forcible removal of the original people in your history too. You don't get to have some fucking air of moral high ground just because of the fact, the people your ancestors murdered are to far gone to have descendants who can reasonably beg for money for reparations.

There is not such thing as "The greatest country in the world", because it is all about opinion. What is greatness and freedom? To one person it can be low crime rates - but to another it can be equality. Another might think that being allowed to walk around with an Ar-15 on their back is the epitome of greatness and freedom, while another thinks universal healthcare. To me, freedom is freedom of speech - but if I speak my mind, I must also accept that others can react to my opinions - hopefully through debate, but sadly, sometimes with physical violence... and not from the state either - we are all little judges who want to exercise our right to express ourselves. Either through words or though action... it depends on where we´ve been hit...
