These Guys are AWESOME to work with Steve, I purchased a Beautiful Pioneer CT-A9X Cassette deck from them all Dialed in and I swear it is as quiet between tracks as a CD ! I sent them pics of my completed Vintage Pioneer SX1280 and Modern Components system to use on their "Customer System" section, maybe will have to send to you at some point. Not a Huge Dollar System but one that really works Well together and somewhat Affordable comparatively speaking, again Great people to do business with. Awesome to see the videos of their Shop.
A high-end stereo shop, 4 post lift in the middle of the floor, and a pair B&W Nautilus right there...this is my heaven
Finally we get to see Fernando !
Fernando, it's good to see you on the other side of the camera. It is wonderful that you are able to share your equipment with a wider circle of audiophiles from Steve's subscribers. For baby boomers such as myself, it is like TAS and Stereophile memory land and a joy to see some of the most legendary audio equipment. Steve, thank you for the video. Entertaining as always.
Wow it's so weird to see Fernando, I'm so used to just hearing his voice! My 2 most viewed channels have come together!
So nice to see someone so passionate about vintage audio and have such a great range of products. I loved the Nakamichi turntables ❤
Finally get to see Fernando's face. I watch all of his amazing video too. Thanks Steve for bringing this one to light!!
Big fan of the store. It is almost a museum, a tribute to sound.
Been a fan of his channel for a while and it's great to see his face. With every clip my ocd takes a jump for joy!
Wow, it's beyond words how cool this place is. Fernando is amazing. Truly one in a million...
THANK YOU STEVE !!! What an amazing journey, so appreciate you taking me ..
A veritable pantheon of vintage excellence!
Wow, what an amazing shop. And very knowledgeable owner. I can tell he takes pride on his work and business. Top notch.
Fernando is the man! I love his channel
Steve, this was great!!!! Man, forget the storefront, I could have done with an hour tour of the shop tools and shop workflow philosophie !!! All time favorite for me Steve!

would you not kill for that TT table?
Wow. I have never seen such a beautiful shop. What a cool place to work. Thanks for this.
And the Nautilus! I had no idea it was still being made! A speaker I've always been curious to hear. Not to mention my complete admiration for that Nagra tape deck, wow!

It's all that's bad with metal domes :D You can make a better speaker with Be, or carbon domes nowdays. Would be cool to see a remake with modern drivers though. The baffle and enclosure design is still valid.

@@rhalfik I've always been curious to know why a company, especially one with the pedigree and resources of Macintosh, would choose metal domes, ever. In car audio, I often find a particular speaker that interests me, only to discover they have metal domes, and I just can't.

The Nagra was indeed spectaculair.
Wow Steve this was fantastic!!!! Thank you to you and Fernando for making this video, it was an absolute joy to watch 😀
Great presentation. He must have had a big basement. I wish I was close to his shop. It's a vintage candy land.
Now that dude loves his job. And I’m going to do some business with them. Thank you very much Steve.
UNBELIEVABLE COLLECTION......thanks Steve
I purchased a pair of Wilson Sophias from sky fi and could not be happier ! The speakers were in great shape and still play fantastic !
I was glued to this video. Fascinating. The guy and his shop are brilliant. Good to see some great British stuff there... Linn etc. Cheers Phil UK
Hey, I’ve enjoyed your channel for a really long time. In fact I believe I bought a NAD receiver from you some 30+ years ago at Singer. I really enjoy your presentations. I think your guests are fascinating and each have a journey I recognize as familiar. I’ve been into audio since I was a teenager. High end audio since college. I’ve had dozens of speakers and amps and turntables. I lost many in an arson, and have since then built multiple meridian systems in our home. TheTer snd two way rooms and it’s marvelous. But I mis the esoteric gear you present. And it’s motivating me to get up my game. So thanks. Be safe and well. And please tell Robin I found her delightful in your 200k viewer video. She’s clearly your better half. And she must be cool as hell to tolerate what we all love. Makes you a fortunate guy. Thanks for your work. Will keep watching.

Thanks, nice to hear from you, and thanks for the kind words!
That Cosworth sitting up on a lift as you enter the space is a serious flex! Great video!
I can't afford any of that, but damn, do I love looking at it. That was excellent Steve, thanks for taking us along on the tour.
Wow… What a amazing audio shop best I’ve seen on KZread. And what’s so cool he’s into classic cars and watches which makes it even better , and that story of the guy trading in his vintage M5 for a audio system is unbelievable. Steve what a great video .. Thx 😊
wow, just wow, amazing rare equipments
Awesome shop. Thanks for featuring and tour!
That was... Awesome! I love the Tech Mac R2R...
Thank you so much Steve. I’ve learned so much about audio and audio equipments from you in the past 2 years. Thank you so much for what you do 🙏
Beautiful shop and a lot of love to go around. Incredible collection and knowledge in audio history. Very cool to see.
Great tour of this wonderful shop👍
Thanks so much for that tour! I would like to take a tour myself through his shop coming all the way from Europe one day. Just love it!
Steve, find us more of these shops to view, this was so much fun!
heaven does exists👍👊
That shop is insane! Amazing! So much cool stuff he gets to listen to.
Wow! And that rally escort!
That is an amazing shop! Mind blowing!
The silence in that place is impressive.
Glad to see you do a video of skyfi audio! I love watching Fernando talk about interesting vintage gear! Wish I could afford it! Still hoping to get a glimpse of Fernando personal system( systems) at home. Perhaps you should pay him a visit Steve for a cool video in the future! Thanks!
STEVE IS LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE So glad you and Fernado got to hang out thanks for the video
WOW! That really IS an absolutely mind blowing collection of extremely high-end vintage gear! I see many, MANY pieces of gear and speakers there that I've always dreamed of having over the years, but none of which I could ever actually afford to buy! (I still can't, especially since truly high quality vintage stuff like this, especially fully restored, sells for even more now than it did when it was brand new!) Oh, to have a few million dollars "free", just floating around in my bank account, that I could spare to buy a LOT of this stuff, because if I did have that much to spend then I would most definitely go and pick up quite a few of these pieces he has! Damn! (BTW, this new shop looks like it was originally probably a mechanic's garage, with the roll-up door, the lift, etc... Is that true? If so, that's a cool new use for that building.) Since I can't really afford all of the stuff I see there that I would absolutely LOVE to have in my own system, I'll have to just keep dreaming about it, lol!... Maybe someday if I'm ever in the New Jersey area, I'll have to stop in and check out this place! That would be awesome! If I had to choose ONLY ONE thing, I guess the one piece of equipment in there that I REALLY want the MOST, AND I most definitely could USE the most too, is that crossover designer that was designed by Jon Dahlquist(sp?), as I am a speaker designer, builder, repairer, and improver myself, at least as a relatively small scale passionate hobby, and that one piece of gear would be an amazingly awesome and extremely helpful piece of gear to add to my workbench!! (Maybe I'll have to check online on this place's website, to see just how much that thing is going for, and IF I can actually afford it... I'll check that link you posted to this guy's online store and see about that thing!)(IF it's even still available to buy anyway.) Thanks for this video Steve, this was amazing!

Love watching your channel and Fernando's channel. He is right about the car, stereo, and watch thing ( also, cameras)!
Good for you. Glad to see your place of business. Much success to you and the Mrs.
Great episode, Steve! I look forward to my weekly email from Fernando showing all the "new arrivals" gear.

I visited Sky Fi Audio in October 2020 to audition a pair of Sonus Faber Amati Futura which I subsequently bought. It is amazing to see all of the world-class audio equipment under one roof.
Truly mind blowing and awe inspiring!!
Thanks for the video Steve! What an awesome place! I actually picked up that SME Model 15 you show on the table at around 22:22 of the video from SkyFi on the 23rd. Bunch of great guys at SkyFi and I'm loving the turntable! Was a very easy process and quick turnaround on the table as well. Was in my house and spinning records in 3 days. Keep up the great work Steve!
Thanks for sharing Steve 👍 Great video!
This really is a serious museum of ancient audio tech!
Wowza. Another great video. What a treasure trove of audio gear. And every time I see a Nagra, I can't help but think of the French movie Diva.
That was a very special tour. Thanks
So glad you visited SkyFi, I have been following them and lusting after all the gear, I am a car guy too so this is like the ultimate place to visit, lucky you!
Brilliant place
Very cool shop. It also does not hurt that NYC metro is one of the best audiophile markets in the world...
OMG, Wow, Awesome stuff..thank you Steve..
It must be nice living in an area with so many classic and high end audio pieces out there. I however live in farmland (which I love) but it is a desert when it comes to happening upon good vintage audio stuff.
Awesome episode, great shop.
Heaven Hifi!
Now that's a guy who loves his job
Incredible stuff. I was going to check out their website, but then thought better of it. Why torture yourself. Great video.
Love the gear.....gosh!
Just a great video Steve!
Love the Altec sign in the video! A true classic speaker!
The Nakamichi turntables! REG at TAS loved these tables and now I can see why!
Awesome tour of this shop! Would love to have you do more audio store tours.

What a place. Love the idea of curated systems...
My favorite Friday email is from Sky fi audio new products. The man needs to open a chain of these across the country. If there is a venture capitalist out there hint hint...
I was happier than a pig in slop watching this video. What a shop and what a collection of really cool stuff. I DIY stereo tube gear and yup, I love fast/cool cars, motorcycles, boats and planes. Watches catch my interest but more likely to have a cool car or a bike.
This place is awesome, been following on his channel. Can’t wait to take a trip from Texas and see this place.
Just a casual Escort Cosworth as well. Seems like a really cool guy and incredible shop.
wow what a cool spot, could spend all day there.
Thank's a lot, wonderful place.
Jesus those Nakamichi Dragon CT tables!!! My pulse started racing!
Very nice shop and collection - I recognised the mac house from Mr Robot scene instantly.
Wow what a space ! this is somewhere that i would not be able to ever leave i could spend hours in there wow
Love how they say vintage for a 80’s & 90’s item
And the L100s! Down there on the floor. I guess they aint that special in a place like that 😎
Oh yea, I'm on thier mailing list and watch thier KZread regularly... great stuff.
Love that shop. lots of Stereo equipment that I would love to have plus that Ford Escort Cosworth would fit perfectly in my garage!
Beautiful
those dragon tables are wow!
This was so cool!, thanks
Fabulous! So interesting
Fernando's shop is a physical representation of an engineer's mind and/or aesthetic......all the working bits exposed and taking center stage instead of being hidden away......love it! can't wait to visit his shop for myself.
this is amazing
AMAZING!
Amazing almost irreal 👏
Simply amazing shop and the owner knows exactly what he is doing. , what a job. Could easily spend 50k in there lol.

I like only the latest and greatest in audio tech, but even I can identify some gem quality pieces
What a candy shop, SWEET!
Good summary, I watch and love both channels! and Yes, we like Cars, watches, pistols and stereos! The problem is to afford everything!!! :(
The Ultimate man cave
I've noticed that no matter how enthused the audiophile is about anything, it's always talked about quietly and gently. I'm sure we are genetically designed with hyper hearing. I have a ANC earset that has a voice only function. It's bliss, just the voice, no ambient noise. But where do I meet all my audiophile friends? Yes, grinning crazily at your still alive (just) bands from way back when getting your ears and diaphragms blown up. A band apart.
OMG, what fun!
Excellent.
