I watch a ton of these, and not once have I ever heard that the person being grilled has been removed from their office, fined, jailed, etc. Why are we wasting our time having these hearings, if there is never an outcome? If it is to make the public aware of these people it is again a waste of time because the only place you will ever see it is on KZread. If you are a judge and you are REMOVED from a case, you're damn sure going to know (or find out) why...and if you don't, why wouldn't you find out? Take hundreds of other professions and it would be similar. So, either he is lying through his teeth under oath or he is so aloof to his job that he does not have the moral bearing to qualify as a judge. Based upon his previous statement(s), it seems clear he wants to change society to his ideology through rulings from the bench...and he is willing to lie UNDER OATH to do so.
