In this scenario, Trump has done more and failed less. Biden must distract from accomplishments and rely on Trump's offensive behavior. As in 2020, this is primarily a pro-Trump, anti-Trump election. The name of the opponent barely matters. That Biden has a mediocre record that alienates or bores some of the left, defense hawks, students, and the Israeli lobby may put him at higher risk.
