Ja, mir faellt es auch richtig schwer etwas mit Augen zu essen. Aber diese Dumplings sind so schoen, besonders dass es noch gekochte Kartoffel im Teig hat.

Looks great, but you have made an error in the written recipe. You write cumin but you use caraway...which in German cooking,, esp with cabbage would seem more appropriate 😉

К творогу добавьте репчатый или зелёный лук ( попробуйте так и так) и много зелени и топленое масло. У меня такие вареники очень любит сын. Утром с кофе, обязательно перед работы несколько вареников
