A delicious and quick dinner that everyone will love! I just grate zucchini and potatoes and pop them in the oven! Fragrant and unusually tasty dinner on my table! Vegetable cake turns out very flavorful and tender! This dinner is very easy to make and the ingredients are quite basic that you always have on hand! Very tasty and easy! Why have I never made this zucchini dish before?! Be sure to try this zucchini recipe!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 zucchini.
Salt.
Let the zucchini steep for 10 minutes.
3 potatoes.
4 eggs.
Sunflower Oil 120ml. / 5/6 cup.
Flour 1 cup.
baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Remove water from zucchini.
Mix well.
Parsely.
spring onions.
Paprika. Dill. Salt.
olive oil
Mozzarella 150 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
Let's make garlic sauce!
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 table spoons.
Garlic.
Dill.
That's all!
Our delicious dinner is ready!
And in combination with garlic sauce just amazing!

Hummmm parece bem gostoso principalmente com esse molho de alho. Alho é muito bom.
Just put mine in the oven! I made a couple substitutions for things I didn't have - coconut oil instead of sunflower, half a medium onion instead of green onions, and shredded Mexican cheese mix all over the top . . . AND I added cooked, chopped bacon. Looking forward to seeing how it comes out!

So,eben haben wir das Gericht gegessen War sehr lecker.Ich hab noch zwei ganz kleine Rote Beete dazu gerieben,die waren zu klein um sie extra zu kochen und statt Mozarella habe ich milden Gorgonzola genommen.Dill gab es keinen,aber mit Schnittlauch und einem Hauch Salz war die Sauce auch mega lecker.Zuerst hatte ich Bedenken,weil ich was gegen Majonaise habe,aber es war wirklich lecker. In meinem Ofen haben 170 Grad und 50 Minuten gut ausgereicht.Danke für die Inspiration .😍

Recette facile mais pas forcément rapide car il faut du temps pour râper les légumes, et aussi pour la cuisson. Je n'avais pas d'aneth, j'ai cueilli un peu de basilic sur mon balcon, c'était bien aussi. Et j'ai oublié la sauce, mais comme il en reste, je vais la faire pour la suite. C'est original, mix entre gratin, gateau, clafoutis... On peut l'adapter en variant les herbes, les épices et même les légumes. En tout cas vous êtes bien référencé car votre recette semble voyager très loin dans le monde ! Merci pour l'idée
