This recipe is over 100 years old, it's how my grandmother taught me to cook.
Buns with cheese.
RECIPE for rolls with cheese.
10 g dry yeast.
20g sugar.
400 ml warm milk.

9g salt.

Continue kneading the dough with your hands.

Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Round the dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Using a rolling pin, roll out 3 balls of dough.
Dough diameter 20 cm.
Grease the dough with soft butter (70 g).
Layer the dough.
Roll out the remaining dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 40 cm.
Grease the dough with softened butter.
Layer the dough.
Grease the dough with butter.
Fold the dough like I did.
Dust a plate with flour.
Place the dough on a plate.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough size 48*48 cm.
Divide the dough into 16 parts.
Place mozzarella cheese (140 g) on ​​the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Press the buns with your hand.
Mix 2 egg yolks.
Brush the rolls with egg yolk.
Sprinkle the rolls with black sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 100 °C for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 190°C.
Bake the rolls for another 15 minutes.
The buns are ready!
