Hey, fam! I'm Anthony. I'm fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this KZread channel, we'll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that's what I'm doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

Investing in Roth IRA can be a good choice since they are funded with after tax dollars, your contributions can grow tax-free over time. When you withdraw money from your Roth IRA in retirement, you won’t have to pay tax on it, which will help you keep more of your hard-earned money. Compounding is the process of earning interest on your initial investment, as well as on the interest that investment earns. This means that over time, your investment can grow exponentially. So the earlier you start investing, the more time your investment has to grow through compounding

@@Margaret22- A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

Is it a good time to buy stocks right now? How long will it take for us to recover? I know everyone claims that equities are now inexpensive. Although there are tactics to be applied in this market, the common person cannot access these strategies. Would I be better off investing my money somewhere else? I have about $50k to invest.

If the market has taught me anything, it's that it usually bounces back, but I can't seem to concentrate on the long term, especially because important variables like my retirement and my reserve are having a disastrous impact on inflation. I need a reliable data trajectory as well as a solution as soon as feasible.

It's not that you're doing anything wrong; it's just that you don't have the knowledge to profit in a down market. The only individuals who may earn greatly during tumultuous times like these are experts with considerable knowledge who must have observed the 2008 catastrophe. Their whole skill set is based on trading long and short at the same time, using profit-driven strategies and reducing risk as a buffer against unavoidable downtrends, thus they are well-suited to do so.

This was a great segment. Lots of knowledge! I find that there is a particular part of financial planning that is often overlooked. “Financial planning for parents with children that have special needs”. What options do we have as our kids may not need an Education Savings Plan. We are looking for what is out there to support their lives in general and medical expenses. It would be nice to hear something on this and how it fits into the baby steps. In Canada we have an RDSP (registered disability savings plan). What should the financial picture look like for this group of people?

I was confused on the 401k portion of this video. If I’m 33 years old and start investing 15% of my monthly income until 65 that’s $8,700 a year X 32 (the years I have until 65) =$278,400. Where the $2 million come from? Even with employee match that’s $17,400 X 32 = $556,800. If I’m missing something please enlighten me I genuinely want to know. Parten my ignorance.

@@isaelcarrasco9221 employer only matches 4% to 5% of your contribution not 100% like you did in your example.
