I spoke to the head of probation. He was incredibly gracious and spelled out that there was some major issues with his team's response. He assured that they would be doing some retraining and I believed every bit of what he was saying. He was not condescending or angry whatsoever. He seemed like a true professional that would address the situation.

They never seem to understand this is still a free country and what that entails. It's really mind blowing.

I got two years of probation. Luckily, it was NOT supervised and I never even had to go to the office. But, IF I had got into any trouble, you can be sure they would've been all over me.

Glad your out there on the grind, this part of the state seems to be loaded with TYRANTS.

All I can do is echo the sentiments of many, many others. Outstanding work. As a lifelong & successful engineer, I have always had a very difficult time dealing with stupidity. These clowns made my brain hurt.

You are so good at this. This is like your calling or something. You are probably one of my Favorite auditors. Well done sir.

That type of mental warfare is why we're in this fight. The officer didn't humble squat, he fixed his mistake like someone working at a airplane factory. One screw becomes loose, half of the plane will fall apart during takeoff. Doing your job correctly and enforcing the law shouldn't be a humbling experience for any parties.

All I saw was 6+ public servants doing absolutely nothing but stealing funds from hard working taxpayers. FOIA how many 'clients' they deal with on a weekly basis, the time per client, etc etc. My bet is it would be disgusting as to how much actual 'work' these thieves doing on a monthly basis. Only in government would this be able to go in, in the private sector the business would not last a month before going bankrupt. But when its your money they are taking, the sky is the limit (yes I know it was lunch time) and yes she was right back on 'break' right after the full hour for lunch, all paid, not to mention the massive pension and benefits. They are all thieves.

I am from lake county CA and the police are like this a lot, I once had a cop come onto my private property home and refuse to leave after being told multiple times to leave the property because he was trespassing, the parking lot he is in is the lake county department of probation which I have been to before multiple times, the parking lot is indeed a public place with no signs saying it private, in fact I believe it even has a parking sign, i firmly believe they are doing this because they all have this tyrannical type of personality, They try to label you as a criminal or terrorist, and i cannot thank you enough for including our little county into the youtube auditing world, I have gotten PTSD from police and seeing you do this in my home town makes me so happy. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I’ve seen dozens of videos where it is explicitly explained to people, including law enforcement that it is completely legal and STILL these people continue to violate their rights even when they know exactly what is going on, and why.
