Asymmetric mirrors is not uncommon
even MINI coopers share this same asymmetry
My 993 had this feature in the 90’s. Nothing new here.
No cuz now it looks wonky from the front
It’s been like that on Porsches, Ferraris and Lambos from the 60s
Plenty of cars (especially high performance) have this asymmetry. It’s nothing new or unique.
At first I was looking at the irregular panel gap on the right side...

It’s not a problem, it’s geometry. The driver side mirror to take into account the driver field of view based on seat placement. The passenger side mirror doesn’t have that issue. 💪🏿🇺🇸🔥🇺🇸🔥🇺🇸🔥✊🏿

Would it be better if it was symmetrical and the side mirror was useless? The only time they should be symmetrical is if it was a center seat, which you could argue would be cooler, but it's not.
