I always remember watching bullseye 🎯 as a kid it was awesome and Jim is a national treasure and legend. RIP 🙏 JIM YOUR GREATLY MISSED ❤❤
Funny man and a gentleman RIP Jim.
Rip Eric bristow who died few weeks after Jim Bowen
thanks for the memories 39 years of memories
Jim was never 'poor' or 'rubbish'! He was brilliant in a show that felt like the studio budget didn't stretch far enough and he was doing about five people's work. He was great at thinking on his feet, always honest and always entertaining. I watch the re-runs every day and always enjoy them. RIP Jim.

“Super smashing great”
Jocky and Eric. Legends
It was the best game show on TV and has never been beaten by anything else, it was exciting, built up to a climax....often depending on the very final dart...Jim Bowen was excellent, the best game show host on TV...he was funny, warm, quick witted, seemed genuinely happy for the winners and genuinely disappointed and empathetic when they failed. However, contrary to what this documentary says, the best Jim Bowen was in the very beginning of the show, the first series or two, when he seemed to have more free rein to improvise and commentate on the game, he would make up booby prizes for when the contestants hit the black etc those were the funniest of all. I miss Jim Bowen but am pleased they still televise the old shows and that there were quite a lot! A lot of the prizes seemed directed at house chores! DIY equipment, cooking appliances, garden tools etc! I got one of the prize board prizes for Christmas as a child, a pocket Sinclair 2" black and white TV.
Everyone speaks fondly of Jim and Tony.
RIP Tony Green, a legendary darts commentator. DOUBLE TWELVE!! FIFTY TWO THOUSAND POUNDS.
I absolutely loved bullseye
Yep you can't deny it, was part of my childhood was watching Bully. You'd never miss it, and we were from down South, so that bit about it being a Northerners thing, nah, as Bristow, Deller and so on weren't from up North so darts was darts.
I used to love watching Bullseye on a Sunday💙
Staple of sunday afternoon tv bk in the day

RIP Jim Bowen
I’m happy to see Bullseye coming back.
MANY MEMORIES
Wow Linda Lusardi ❤school boys dream lol
Oddly enough, I was introduced to Bullseye through another darts documentary that I came across on KZread. After watching as many episodes as I could, it became one of my favorite game shows of all time.
Very sad to see jim bowen so very ill I think not long after this was broadcast dear jim very sadly died rip jim bowen very much missed he was so very Greatly respected and loved and very well liked super smashing great jim bowen 20-7-37 - 14-03-18 and a few weeks ago dear tony green died at the age of 85 1939-2024
Did you here John Lowe say Bullseye was like fish and chips, it's very British, John should go and tell that to Gary Lineker. Bullseye was great, my favourite part was watching the dart players trying to win money for the peoples charities. They don't make game shows like that anymore that involve the general public, we are swamped with bloody celebrities on the shows. It should be the public who are on these shows winning money.
Top guy Jim❤❤
This is last appearance showing on Channel 5, who died in March 2018
21:47 man Tony Green looks like Fred West so much 😂😂
I’m surprised paddy macginus as a five year old didn’t try booting out Jim Bowen
Come and have a look at what you could've won.
They need to bring it back. It was a great show.

It just wouldn't be the same without Jim and Tony.. so it's a no from me. All these programmes they bring back just aren't the same without the original presenters, especially when they use rilen Clark or Stephen mulhern for every programme
The gaffes just made it all the more human
I can't believe we watched this shite!!!
Jim Bowen was so frail in this
Where were the Super prizes Jim?
Bring it back in 2025 but as a live tour with.......
The smaller prizes on Bullseye (and Blankety Blank for that matter) didn't age well. Even with the limits on what they could give away.
Great show Those bullys prize board prizes were terrible very naff The look on the contestants when they won a speed boat was a picture i wouldn't want a speedboat i don't live near water lol 😆

It doesn’t matter how many times they bring this back. It won’t work. Not like it did anyway It’s been brought back a few times with different presenters and it didn’t last.

I agree 100% it's a bit like countdown after richard whitley died they had other presenters but the show was never the same for me. Jim bowen made the show what it was and he can't be replaced.
Alan Carr
35mins. I heard Paddy mcGuinness is giving it a try, Yes he killed off Question Of Sport (I dont think sue Barker did it any favours) & was on the last series of Top Gear. but it needs ,someone northern, warm, & working class, & not become a woke parody of what it was..
You can't beat a bit of bullshit
Tony Green with the obvious wig. What is it with men like him? Do they really think it makes their wrinkly face unseen?
she said 2 darts in the black n u lost your prize!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its 2 in the red,, isn't it. Brand Manager.. mm
