So me as a fellow marauder pilot have to tell you congratz for having the balls to use it!! Obvious mistakes are obvious like not activating the invuln not heating the cap booster etc. etc. But here is just one more advice. I would not use my NOS on a t3c since putting the NOS on a Battleship would give you more Cap. Non the less thanks for the Video!

Close fights are the best, a couple small mistakes almost lost the ship, fun to watch 👍

wow that was amazing. especially when in a wormhole and you dont know everything that the enemies have. i think you did well under pressure even though you made some mistakes one big thing i noticed is that you didnt overheat your cap booster would have helped a bit. but other than that was an awesome fight :D

Good fight man! I think the other guys must have either not had an FC, or had a bad one, because they could've changed the course of that battle if they had used better target management.

i think what people try to say here. rather than just say your crap. your flying a shield marauder and being neuted. you dont have to concentrate on moving, just tanking and calling primarys. every single cap boosted charge. check shield. check booster, check resistances. you could say you was bait tanking them. as they applied 30% more damage to you throughout the entire time that adaptive was off. but you wasnt. you was just being very close to death. and moving all the dps put onto you to your fleet members, the fact all those nestors couldnt handle that senerio shows how unprepaired they were. and how badly they played. all dps on you for that long when it could have removed your fleet in moments with no friendly logi on your side. you only have so many cap boosters well done for winning, but kinda bad on you for performing this badly. posting it on youtube, then moaning when viewers point out your faults. how about you say ''yeh i fucked up. im really lucky i survived, i kinda derped, GF''

This was fun to watch, its amazing though that the entire thing even when they see they cant break you and their numbers going down, they wont change target ..

WELL DONE!!!!! as for module mangment ignore the the bad comments the only way to learn if to f*** up alot in eve, better try and fail and kill a few than do to do nothing and learn nothing. Fly safe

Dank fight. Some constructive criticism, those mids could've used a bit of heat. Esp the cap booster. Other than that and some other small things that I'd attribute to the shakes of flying a blingy pvp ship, gj.

Great job!

Using the F keys will help you a lot in fights, especially if you get used with them cause you can activate some modules with your mouse and some with the F key and this way you don't have to waste time clicking from one side to another, which in battles can cost you your ship. Also, i wouldn't really recommend using a smart bomb when most of your fleet relies on drones as well and when you are being neuted, doesn;t really help that much considering you are active tanking and you depend on that cap and it does only about 300 dmg per pulse and those ogres have 1600hp + 50% from nestor bonus + 25% from skills (if in 5) so it would take you quite a while to take those ogres out.

Ok. We find apotheosis' hole we give them one gf and roll. We don't cloaky camp them or we get our faces pushed in.

The neuts seemed to be the biggest danger to your ship and the nos would have helped from my perspective. I've never flown a marauder, or a battleship in PvP for that matter, so I'm curious as to why you weren't using it.

A few tips - Always keep the Invul on, keep your cap at or above 30% as much as possible and missiles don't take cap I saw you stopped shooting several times.

few months video, and I left game like 2 years but - still you kinda want to OH your cap booster in such fights and yeah activate DCU/Invu :). still nice video, don't get me wrong.

just when it starts to get good, we lose comms and get shitty music, you might get more subs if you keep comms on man, there is a lot of noobs trying to learn this game and comms really help understand whats going on.

Heh... This was a long time ago, and I've only just come back to EVE for anything outside corp service stuff (auth and whatnot). Interestingly though, that's more or less how I organise my modules all the time - passives pushed over to the right, offensive stuff on the top row and middle if necessary, utility stuff on the bottom. I still own this Golem, incidentally, although whether or not it'll ever see the light of day again is a different story...

Man that was strange as fuck, Good job no doubt but your back up fleet was pretty bad, and how you managed to pull that off idk. Not sure why the devotor never dropped bubble even when they were loosing. But w/e good job man, Boost your shields later on and nos sombody with more cap than a proteus. Should have also kept that smartbomb going from the start unless you planed on scooping up the drones. Still came close to loosing that ship.

So... was that a damage control that was never turned on in the low?

Indeed some shocking moments. who was eating? that's the only thing that was annoying about this video. stop eating on comms. I watched this whole thing muted so couldn't hear comms because of the eating guy. I have a suggestion. don't eat. don't eat on comms. haha loved this video :)

they knew what to fight, that purple blackbird probably carried 3-5 specialized ECM, so it could jam 2+ nestors at the same time with little difficulties

bad mod choice and did not even notice hardener offline for like 99% of the fight lmao.

WTF... i hate people who smack on comms.. number 1 thing to make me mute you or block you...

I dont want to spoil your victory, but you just survived because those guy(s) seriously fucked up! Normally a well piloted and fit Nestor-gang could tank 2times your fleet and shoot down the Ishtars, Gila and Vexor within 2 minutes, getting rid of ~65% DPS on your side. Then the Golelm would be not much of a problem. I wouldnt recommend uploading such a vid to KZread. It makes you look like easy prey.HOWEVER : I like that you did something against those guys instead of just complaining and crying. No matter what the cause : you prevailed and maybe learned a bit for the next time.

Yeah I knew it was a big risk, but it's two guys multi-boxing, along with a nifty blackbird pilot on our side. I did fuck up pretty bad, but at the same time, I'm winning eve so I'm not terribly worried about looking like prey.
