A fun and easily accessible yoga workout for your core, hips and butt. Strengthening your core, hips and glutes is one of the most important things you can do for your physical health. This is because your core, hips and glutes are the main stabilizer muscles for your spine. And when your spine is healthy, you’re healthy!
And if you suffer from chronic low back pain or sciatica pain, these exercises can really help you find long term relief. And if you don’t suffer from these conditions, these are the exercises that will help prevent these kinds of injuries from ever occurring. And we all feel more confident and energized with a toned tummy, hips and butt.

We begin today's practice with a calming, revitalizing deep diaphragm breath practice to relax, restore and renew. Then some gentle stretching exercises to release tension and tightness in the hamstrings, hips and low back. And finally fun, energizing morning yoga flow that will help you feel your best self by building resilience, self-confidence, physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity.

This was a challenge for me. Felt the flute bridges mainly in my quads, but I know my glutes are so weak! I’m hoping to strengthen them! All in all I loved it!
Ahhhh swift agony, David! Thank you ❤️ Did this two days in a row. It apparently helped because the hip flexor stretches weren’t as bad today. 💋

Loved this practice! I first did those hip flexor triangles in another one of your videos and I immediately got sharp pain and had to lower my leg after every triangle. After a week of practicing your videos for hips today I was able to do them just fine and I even snuck in a few extra ones on each side. Thank you so much for your generous work! :)
I have tightness and pain in my low back and hips so these exercises hit the spot. That hip flexor one really got me! Thank you and Namaste, David.

Hello sir, your videos are really educative and useful. Can you pls share yoga remedies for disc l3 l4 bulges and hernation and lumbar scoliosis ( also sciatica)due to the disc issues

Hi Shanti! When it comes to specific conditions and diagnosis, it's always recommended to consult with your doctor to determine what if any exercises are appropriate, and which to avoid. That said, in general, strengthening of the core, and gentle stretching of the hips can be helpful for many types of chronic low back and sciatic pain. Below are a few other videos that you may find helpful, however, if you choose to try any of these, please go slowly, be gentle and skip any exercises that cause pain or feel unreasonably uncomfortable. Always listen to your body - stretches and exercises that are beneficial should feel good, and those that cause pain should be avoided. I hope this helps. I have no hip flexors 😬 can barely lift my legs as my quads kick in. Any tips David? I clearly have a lot of work to do 💜🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻

Don't worry Gaynor, it's actually quite common for many people to barely lift their legs before feeling the quads tighten. Try doing a smaller range of motion - not so wide and not so high, and just do a few each day. You'll be surprised how much progress you'll see with consistent practice! 🤗
