    I started your workouts 7 months ago. I was very out of shape and completely inflexible. I couldn’t even touch my toes. I’ve lost almost 8lbs now but I am starting to gain weight back in muscle. I can touch my forehead to my knees and I am so close to doing the splits too. This has also inspired me to change my diet, so I’ve switched almost entirely to organic and locally sourced foods. A stranger told me yesterday I looked amazingly fit and asked what I did for a living. I’m just a high school teacher working out at home! Your channel has literally changed my life, so thank you.

    I've been working out for a while now, and gotta say your 10-15 min workouts kill me way more than half an hour at the gym. Thank you for your diverse vids, they've really aided in my journey to be confident and love myself for who I am, rather than destroy myself for not being who I thought I needed to be. Lots of love.

    I just love Juliana's workouts. I'm currently not the in the best physical and mental state and its very hard to push through these workouts even though earlier I used to do them pretty well. To anyone reading this, please pray for me and send positive energy!

    I can not even explain how great it feels to be able to push through the pain. It's like I can see myself getting tired but I am not giving up and not even feeling like it because it's for me. You have not just made me super strong physically but mentally as well. I could have never imagined myself being this strong and have this strong determination and will power.
