“I’m not folding too deep into this pose. I’m feeling the stretch so I’m going to stop there” so refreshing to hear a yoga teacher say these words. It’s easy to feel guilt shamed into stretching deeper than what is needed. Thank you 🙏🏼

This is the first yoga video I have ever watched that I didn’t feel like I “failed”. I have been in bed with Covid for days and I thought what can I do to make my body feel better. I didn’t realize this would also make my heart feel a bit better. 💜💜

That's great! Most people feel guilt for not being able to stretch all the way! I find that excellent growth, strength and acceleration in life to be able to listen to your inner self and love yourself enough to take care of your needs! Excellent work 👏

Was feeling like i hit rock bottom today and super depressed not knowing what to do besides having dark thoughts, this helped relieve so much tension in my body and hopefully my mind as well! When you said this was a safe space and to come anytime, my heart skipped a beat and i had a sudden lump in my throat. Almost as if i needed to hear that, thank you so much 💜🥺

Your streching routines are so blissful. Each muscle of my body feels so relaxed. its so easy to follow, yet effective and mentally calming.
I have been practicing with birds channel for a year now. I have anxiety and ptsd. Stretching and breathing clears my mind. Thank you bird ❤

You’re the only yoga KZreadr who hasn’t hurt my back further. I’ve been doing it for a few years and just discovered you as I have to move from classes to home since becoming a mother, the days carrying my son has been painful you’ve been who I turn to and I really appreciate these videos. As a single 120lb parent with a 35 lb baby who does not walk, you saved my back.
You made me feel so great I thought 15 min would be so long but I was surprised how time went by so fast when the session ended thank you for letting me connect better with my body ! I’m grateful for my body for enjoying this and doing such a great work and also a bunch thanks for you ❤️
Thank you for your experiences in helping other people. I have been looking for classes for pain and sore body. I had been practicing with other yoga teachers that I also enjoyed. Lately, my body is been so sore in the joints that any yoga pose hurts. The child poses on my knee it is difficult due to my knee transplant. I am glad I found you so I can continue daily with the yoga poses. I also do a stationary bike and sometimes walk. I like your tone of voice with the slow poses. It is very graceful for me to find you. ❤
My absolute go to for when my body is sore and needs some love ✨ always feel so much better after. I tend to do it for my nighttime yoga and I was wake up feeling so much better. Especially after a day at the gym or to aid my sore lower back. Thank you bird 🙏💜

I love how open you are with just doing what you can and nothing more. Ive been doing this the past couple of days and this morning i started and i just couldnt. I couldnt do as deep of a stretch as i wanted and I couldnt even finish it, I got 7 minutes in and had to stop. I didnt feel bad at all about it. I actually took a nap because I was very very tired and after my nap I felt so refreshed and was craving coming back so I came back and finished the yoga. It felt so nice to come back and finish it! I have been doing your Videos regularly for a month now. Sometimes two times a day. They are perfect to Wind down after workout or before sleep..I always feel so much better and more relaxed in General. Had some motivation to workout today, but my body is killingggg me after a particular harsh high intensity workout i did two days ago, i can still barely walk! This video was perfect for me. I can move my body while still allowing myself to rest a bit. Love your energy, girl!

I have had chronic back pain for years from work. several back strains and a budging disk. This video helped me so much to take a step in the right direction to heal. Ive been doing these stretches every day multiple times a day and each day im able to do more and im starting to have better sleep aswell because my pain is lessoning. Thank you for this its helping me get my life back, and also helping with my crippling anxiety that i started having after my back got to its worse state.the pain was so intense and i couldn't leave my place and i couldn't see my family or friends for months. This is giving me a window of hope that i can recover and an opportunity to take control of my recovery.and not having to rely on pain meds. You have my eternal gratitude
