    Thank you so much for this! One of the things I am lamenting about dealing with vertigo is not being able to go to the studio. Even trying to take a class at home, many movements are just too much right now. I was really feeling discouraged because I had been practicing yoga about four or five days a week, jumping rope, and intermittent fasting. I was really feeling great until this episode of vertigo hit about two and a half weeks ago. It does seem to be getting better, and having this gentle practice where I can feel safe and grounded is so comforting as I try to recover. 🙏

    When things like this happen to me, I take it as a time to reflect on self care. Sometimes we get caught up in the high paced, fast elements of life that we loose our time to "be" I too am a jump toper, HITT class lover, but sometimes we need a gentle reminder...it's about balance. I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better! Give it time and use this time to nurture your quiet side. You're strong, now be calm🙏💪🏻 you'll be back at it soon! Sending you healing energy!💛🙏💪🏻🌻
