I can find exactly what I need within your library of videos! I've tweaked my back slightly, and have some pain, all round my right hip, and this has given me a great stretch. It's so important to breathe & relax and you do this so well Katja! Thanks as always xx

OMG I do need to do this one regularly! The bend over with legs crossed on the second side was sooooo tight ! And pigeon pose is a tough one too ! Thank you so much Katia for another wonderful session 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤

Best Pilates teacher on KZread. Clear instructions reminding you to be conscious of your entire body and its alignment as well as focusing on the area being exercised. Slow speed means every move is correct and effective. Lovely soothing voice. Brilliant!

Taking all of your classes! You are the best teacher and I love your cues reminding us about squeezing glutes and abs. I need this reminder, I think thats why I have tight hips. :)

That is a wonderful class, Katja. Thank you so much! I have been struggling with my hips (I have recently taken up running and I'm probably a bit too old for it). This class has made such a difference immediately. My hips are pain-free for the first time in days. Thank you x

thank you for your gentle presence in my pilates practice! I wonder if you have any sessions specific to the psoas? I've been doing the hips sessions and find they are wonderfully helpful.
