Yoga for Tapas/ 60 minute Vinyasa

This class is a full body vinyasa flow that begins with a 25 minute warm up suitable for all levels. After the warm up there is a creative vinyasa flow that you will move through twice, first more slowly with many cues and the second round at a faster pace aligned with your breath. The flow is recommended for practitioners who have some yoga experience, however, if you are attuned to your body and move regularly, you will be fine. If you desire yoga that goes beyond just the asana and integrates philosophy, this class is for you.
